The MVP
Today’s post is all about food!
I call this The MVP.
Meat, vegetables, pasta. It’s delicious and pretty simple to make.
This recipe was created using the 21df containers, however I’ve included the cup measurements in the recipe card below.
Meat: smoked sausage
Veggies: broccoli and mushrooms, bell peppers and onions
Pasta: spaghetti noodles
1 Red, 1 Green plus 2 tbsp, 1 Yellow, 1 Orange
1 cup of meat, 1 cup of broccoli and mushrooms combined, 1 tbsp of finely chopped onions, 1 tbsp of finely chopped bell peppers, 1 serving of noodles, 2 tbsp of Italian dressing
First you need to cook your noodles, fill your pot with water and a pinch of salt. when its at a boil add your noodles, however many you want. Sorry I didn’t take a picture, I forgot.
Then brown/crisp your smoked sausage. Once its done to your liking put it in a bowl lined with a paper towel to soak up the grease.
Then add your veggies to the pan and saute them until they’re warm and tender.
(Check out that smoke coming off the pan!)
Add in your sausage, mix it all together and add 1 tbsp of your Italian dressing (I use fat free) stir it together.
Lastly add your noodles once they’re cooked and mix it all up and add the last tbsp of dressing. Plate and enjoy!
